Notice and Warning: All crash cases and claims arising from crashes have time limitations, within which written tort claims notices to governmental agencies and suit must be filed, or the claim will be forever barred. These time limits and preliminary written tort claims notices to necessary governmental agencies vary widely depending upon a careful legal analysis of location of the crash, domicile of the parties, domicile of the survivors, families, and choice-of-law issues. Therefore, if your crash occurred some time ago, it is strongly recommended that you contact Gilman Law Office by telephone, because telephones are monitored 24/7/365, but web-based communications can have a delay in delivery. Furthermore, no attorney-client relationship can be assumed and no attorney-client relationship comes into existence until a written attorney-client agreement has been fully executed by the client, personal representative, conservator, or other legally authorized client representative and the Gilman Law Firm, LLC.
